Tad Daly
Tad is a fifth generation Daly to live on the Daly Ranch and was raised on the ranch. After graduating high school in 1988, Tad attended Arizona State University and then went to the University of Wyoming to obtain his law degree. In 1996, after graduating from law school, he returned to Gillette, WY to practice with his father and take over the hunting operations. Tad has been running the hunting on the ranch for the last 26 years.
Tad has hunted all over the world, including four different continents; Africa, South America, New Zealand, and extensively in Alaska and Canada. In addition to being an avid archery hunter, Tad’s other passions include fly fishing.
Currently, Tad practices law in Gillette, WY, and lives with his wife, Traci, and their two daughters, Sawyer and Quinn.
Kellen Smith
Kellen is a fifth generation rancher on the Daly Ranch. He is a 2013 University of Wyoming graduate, majoring with a bachelor's in Range Management and Watershed Ecology.
Since a young age, he has been helping out with ranch work with his father. While growing up on the Daly Ranch he not only gained a passion for working cattle but hunting wild game as well. He is committed to scouting game throughout the year and knows the terrain of the ranch like the back of his hand. You can rely on Kellen's expertise to ensure your hunting experience at Daly Ranch Outfitters is a hunt of a lifetime.
Currently, Kellen and his older brother are the cattle managers on the Daly Ranch. Kellen and his wife and kids have been living on the ranch since 2013. He is also a musician and songwriter.
